Late Cancel and No Show Policy:

At Miami Pilates Company, we value the commitment to your fitness journey and the time of our instructors. To ensure a fair and efficient class scheduling process, we have implemented the following policies

Late Cancel policy.
Cancellations within 12 Hours:
For single class or class package holders, any cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled class will result in a loss of one class credit.
Unlimited members who cancel a class within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to an $8 late cancel fee.

No-Show Policy.
Class Package Holders who don’t show for a scheduled class will loose the credit for such class from their package.
Unlimited Members who don’t show for a scheduled class will be charged a $12 no-show fee.

This policy helps us maintain a fair and consistent experience for all our members and ensures that class spots are utilized effectively.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our late cancel and no-show policies, as they enable us to continue providing high-quality Pilates classes and services.

Late arrival Policy:

At Miami Pilates Company, we strive to provide a positive and punctual class experience for all our members. To ensure the smooth flow of our classes and minimize disruptions, we have implemented the following policy:

Members will be able to join the class up to 5 minutes after the scheduled starting time. Studio doors will close 5 minutes after the scheduled starting time and no entries will be allowed. Members who are not able to join their scheduled class in time will be considered as No Show.

This policy is essential to maintain the integrity of our classes and respect the time of both our instructors and fellow members.

We understand that punctuality can sometimes be a challenge and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our late arrival policy, as it helps create a positive and seamless experience for everyone in our Pilates classes.

Pet Policy:

At Miami Pilates Company, we appreciate and share your love for pets. To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all our members, we have established the following pet policy:

  1. Pet Behavior Expectations:
    Pets are welcome within our facilities as long as they’re well-behaved and non-disruptive during classes and sessions.
    Pets should be quiet, any excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in a request to remove the pet from the premises.
  2. Potty Training:
    All pets brought to Miami Pilates Company must be potty trained. Please ensure that your pet is relieved before entering the studio.
  3. Leash and Control:
    Pets must be kept on a leash or securely controlled by their owner at all times while inside the studio.
    It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pet stays next to them and does not approach other members or interfere with classes.
  4. Clean-Up:
    Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any accidents that may occur within our facilities.
  5. Liability:
    Miami Pilates Company assumes no liability for any harm or damage caused by pets while on the premises. Pet owners are solely responsible for their pets’ behavior and any related incidents.
